Watermelon Margarita

WatermelonOver at flowercarole.com they have a recipe for a Watermelon Margarita. Sounds really tasty.

  • 2 1/2 cups seedless watermelon
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 fluid ounces tequila
  • 2 fluid ounces Cointreau
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Cut watermelon into 1 inch cubes, place in blender. Add other ingredients on top with ice last. Blend until smooth. Serve in a decorated cocktail glass.

flowercarole.com has a bunch of non-alcohol smoothies that sound good as well. We must recommend checking out the Smooth and Crunchie Smoothie!

Allright I’m gonna try this one after work. I’ll report back. I only have tripple sec though, not cointreau.

Just tried the smoothie on flowercarole.com which you list and it is really good. I’m going to have a go at the others next week.
